Done With Ball

So I am annoucing that I am quiting basketball :(. I wish I didn't have to but its something I need to do. I am tired of wasting my time and I am not doing it anymore. I hate the fact that coaches sit there and tell you how good you are and then when it comes to games you sit and warm the bench. I love the game, but I hate being lied to. I am stilling going to play ball and I am going to sign up an dplay rec ball, the only thing I am going to really miss is senior night, but that's one con about quiting. So that is my disappointing news of the week.

On the other hand I have some good news, the Packers won yet again and destroyed the Vikings, well what was left of them anyways. All I can is WOW Brett Farve you just need to get out of the game. Then I watched my second favorite team the New England Patriots just barely beat the Colts, I loved it, my siter is a huge Colts fan and she was so mad last night. Now that I threw in the towel for basketball, I will have more time to play and watch football. I really wished that girls had there own football teams around here, because I love football and I really want to play. But if you go out for football in a school you probally won't be playing much just because you are a girl. which is stupid, because I know alot of girls that could kick the guys butt in football.

So let me know how you feel, do you think girls should have there own football teams in high school/college and guys have their own volleyball teams?

Sicker Than a Dog

Well this weekend was defiantly not a fun one. So let's see last week I went to school on Monday and Wednesday and that was it. Monday night I started feeling like dog crap and didn't want to do anything so I woke up Tuesday morning puking my guts out and blowing my nose 1000000000 times. So my mom  told me to stay home and relax so that's exactly what I did. So then Wednesday I decided to try and go since we had Thursday off for Veteran's Day (thanks to all those who served by the way). Well I went to go to practice that night and I was so pale in the face the girl's was calling me ghost at practice. Well then coach told me to sit an when I went to sit I puked everywhere. I got sent home, and Thursday morning I didn't even attempt to go I was so weak and I couldn't even move my head. So then I stayed home Friday because i felt like I was dying in the inside and there was no way on earth that I was leaving my bed. So I relaxed all day and I was really feeling like crap since I missed practice again and ugh I was really missing running and shooting but I just didn't have the energy to it. Well I thought OK Saturday morning I am going to get up and go to practice ready to go, but then I had to pull over on the side of the car because I freaking puked all over the side of my car and when I stopped I ended up puking on my tire and so I went to the school to talk to coach and he told me he didn't want me to even stay and watch practice he wanted me to go home and relax and not do anything, so that's exactly what I did.

So Today is the first girls basketball game of my senior year and what do I get to do? Nothing but sit on the bench and keep stats since I was sick this week coach don't want me playing until I am 110% again so I am kind of mad and upset Why couldn't I get sick last month before basketball even started then I wouldn't be sitting here going on about this crap. Even though I don't get to play I am still excited, I'm ready to see how good we are and what we need to improve on. I hope we get our first win and start of strong tonight.

Kicking A**

This weekend was pretty great besides Saturday morning. Well lets see here Friday after basketball practice I went home and took a shower then waited for my amazing girlfriend to show up. Then I got a crap ton of messages from Chelsea and Tyler asking if I wanted to go to Steak N' Shake with them and I was like hell yeah I get to see Ben again. So me, Bri, Chels, and Tyler all went. When we got there we realized Ben wasn't working which made all of us sad (besides Tyler because he's heartless). Then it got creepy Tyler took his shoe off and was rubbing his nasty foot on me and my gay "hand" was going all over the place. Then Ben walks in and Brianna yells at him and freaks out (she's a crazy one). Well when we was ready to leave we left our waitress a "tip" saying how Bologna was spelled. After that nice meal we went to to Wal-Mart and that is the national Monument for Tyler and a great and shocking experience for Chelsea. 

Saturday Went to practice pulled a groin and then got lost trying to go to Possum Trout with Brianna to see her family for a party. Finally got there like an hour late and felt out of place and awkward as can be. So it's safe to say Saturday was not my day.

Sunday was pretty awesome I woke up at like 10 and just relaxed with my girlfriend til around 1, then I got up cleaned my house cause I really wanted some money cause I was craving Chinese food. So after we all cleaned up and got dressed me, Bri, Dest, Robin, Maddie, and Rudy all went to feed our faces, which was pretty good. Then we came home watched the season finale of Hannah Montana Forever, it was a real tear jerker :(. Then sad enough my girl had to leave me and I was stuck in my room to figure out how to do my math homework. But, I turned on the old telly and watched the Packer Cowboy game and soon enough a smile had returned to my face. The Packer's were playing so good and we were putting a beating on the Cowboy's we ended up winning the game 45 to 7 and Aaron Rodgers threw 3 touchdowns and had 289 yards. So the weekend for me ended on a great note, and now I am ready for some Monday Night Football I hope the Steelers kick the Bengals butt.

Finally Basketball

So yesterday (November 1, 2010) started the girls basketball season. It was a day filled with much happiness and later on pain for us, but it was worth it I am so freaking  happy that i get to play ball everyday and this year we have a new coach and he is awesome. We didn't do much running yesterday but we did do lots and lots of drills and wow I am so out of shape. But me and Markwalder were freaking ballers and was taking turns swishing out 3 pointers and making it rain.

I even believe that Coach H and Coach C were both impressed in how our team practiced for the first time. I was trying my hardest to be a leader since I am a senior and I wanted to make sure everyone got a good feed off of me. Coach told me after practice that he could really see the leader come out of me at practice and that made me feel great. I believe we are going to have a very good team this year and we are only going to get better as the season progresses on. I just hope we have a better record than the volleyball team did, that is our starting goal...well that's not much of one...so never mind scratch that.

We are going to make a name for ourselves and we are going to win some good games this year, our team may not be big but we sure do pack some talent. So it's save to say that I'm ready to pack some heat and kick some butt so lets go TROJANS :p

GREAT WEEKEND

Well my dear friends this was a amazing weekend. I spent some much needed time away from my stressful environment called mi casa. I left mi casa right after school on Thursday, then went to Fisher and picked up my wonderful girlfriend and we with her parents and my best friend her little brother Anthony went to the Assembly Hall. We got there really really early for the Jason Aldean concert. If I do say so myself the concert was beasty and pretty dang amazing. After the concert we went back to her house and went to bed. Zzz.

Then Friday we went to the Fisher Bunnies last football game and they kicked butt it was quit a wonderful experience since they really never won a game this year. After the game me, my baby, my sis, and my cousin all went to Steak n Shake at like midnight. It was a freaking blast because we got Ben as our waiter and he is the best like ever I wish i could take him to prom :(

Then came Saturday a day that was filled with fun (sarcastic) my girlfriend was sick as hell so I being a nice person took care of her all day and then we decided to go to my house and relax because her parents were really grouchy. Unfortunately because Tyler had to babysit we could not attend the play Macbeth. So I am sorry Miss. Fultz. Well Saturday night me, Bri, Dest, and Robin all decide to watch Paranormal Activity, which was a mistake, because my cousin kept yelling like a little girl. Well I went to go get a coaster to put my pop on it and I ended up tripping over my living room table and breaking my pinky toe :(  So then Sunday i went with Bri and her family to Monticello and we went to the ghost train and haunted baggage car. It was really fun especially the baggage car, I mean it was kind of weird cause I went with her parents because Bri was to scared, but her dad made it great when he scared her mom and she yelled SHIT as loud as she could.
But the best part of Sunday was the Packers beating the Vikings 28 to 24 :)

So now it is the unwanted Monday and I am sitting here going on and on about my weekend and pretty sure nobody really cares. But hey looky there I am freaking down. YAY!!!

HACKED!!!!!!

So...somebody forgot to log out of their blogger account. And when I logged on, it was still up. Kayleah is dumb. The end. And she better keep this up :D

OUCH

I myself, Kayleah J. Grob am no skater kid..but I am always up for new things. So I have found my new love and that is skateboarding, according to my hommies n Fish Town I am a natural. I can't do any tricks or anything but I can ride with my friends and that to me was a huge success. But I first didn't have the nickname the 'Natural' because on Sunday I first got my brothers board and I rode just fine down the road but then all of a sudden I heard myself scream the F bomb. I was looking around and laughing but I could hear my brother and my friends laughing much much harder. They told me i should be the first homosexual professional skateboarder. Who knows you might see me in the next Tony Hawk game or on the cover of Thrasher the ultimate skateboarding magazine. I hope one day that I have more shoes on the walls and stuff than Michael Jordan and my first line is going to be skaters shoes, then I will go towards basketball and casual shoes. I know I am weird but its me so just get over it. All I know is even though I busted my ass I am still gonna try and skate everyday so I can someday be next to Tony and Bam.. Then comes the shoe deals :)

Boredom

Nothing really exciting is happening in the sports world at this moment...so I really don't know what to blog about...so Im going to switch it up for once and talk about something completely diffrent. Hmmmm I think I am going to attempt to be "Dr." Phil for the day...RELATIONSHIPS...are suppose to be about love and caring about somebody. But the hard truth is its all lies and hurt...Well thats the story of my life right now and and estimated guess of mine says that everyone goes throught it at least once in their lives.

Its awesome to have a loving and kick ass relationship, but really that only happens in the movies. I don't know anyone that has a relationship like Romeo and Juliet, I only know people like myself that think we have a love like Romeo and Juliet. Then like at the end of it people DIE maybe not physically or as strange and crazy like Romeo and Juliet but within the heart you die :( (that was suppose to be a deep message).

Relationships should also be called living hell, because its not all fun and games its very stressful and makes people go crazy. Like when your girlfriend cheats on you and you keep sitting there asking yourself why did she do it? Am I really that bad?..hmmm well (I wouldn't know from experience..so I could be wrong). All I know is its a pretty crappy situation...

Oh heres my "FUN" fact of the day LOVE spelled backwards is EVIL just with a O instead of an I but its sounds right so go with the flow it fits the topic of relationships being horrible.

aNiMaLS in SPorTs

Just the other day I was laying in my room watching ESPN and I came across them talking about horse racing and I am not a big fan of Horse racing but I really wanted to see what they were talking about, so I turned the volume up and watched it. They believe that the horses are sometimes treated like garbage and some of the racers make their "vets" give their horses sterioids and other things like that. But what I don't get is why give those poor innocent horses those things, because they only weaken the animal rather than make them bigger and faster.

That is one thing I cannot stand is animal abuse and to hear about this made me mad and hate horse racing even more. I mean animals are like humans they need to be taken care of and treated with respect. They cannot just be thrown in the corner and laughed at, or they will become angry and not want to do anything, just like humans.

I hope that racers and other athletes that have to use animals will think about what they really are doing because they are putting harm to the animal as well as their careers. A racer that gets caught harming a horse with steroids and other things can be suspended and fined lots of money. Which would then get them a bad name and ruin their name. This would then cause a huge drop in their career.

BaSkeTbaLL sEaSON

So basketball id just around the corner for me and the rest of APHS and i cannot wait at all. I am ready to get into the gym and shoot some free throws and run, and run, and oh lets see run some more. I'm so excited, but today I am going to practice with this amazing player and I hope I learn a few things from her because I want to win lots of games this year since its my last year being a member of the APHS Trojans basketball team.

I know its football season and all but I just want to show who my favorite teams are in the NBA and duh of course the WNBA. My favorite NBA team is the Boston Celtics, I just believe that this team has a great coach and lots of talent especially with the big three. Unfortunately, they couldn't beat the Lakers, and most Americans love the Lakers but I hate them because of Kobe Bryant and their coach they think they are everything and Kobe cries like a BIG baby when things don't go his way. Like really I understand that the guy is a great player, but he needs to grow up and get over himself. OK enough about them.

I understand that most guys in America believe that the WNBA is just a joke, but really its the game of fundamentals and the game is actually played right. In the NBA you can take  20,00000 steps and score but in the WNBA you will get called if you take more than 2 which is actually the rule. But, my favorite team is the Los Angles Sparks, I love this team because they are incredible and they have Candace Parker my hero, Parker is often compared to Kobe Bryant of the Lakers because of how amazing she plays. But unlike him she doesn't show off and cries when things don't go her way.

GrEEn bAy VS. ChiCago

So This weekend is going to be pretty freaking awesome for me and I can't wait for it. The 2-0 Packers (the best team ever) is playing the 2-0 Chicago Bears (a horrible excuse for a football team). This game is going to be intense just for the fact that these two teams hate each other. I anticipate that there will be injuries. I also believe that the Bears are going down and the Packers defense led by Nick Barnett and my favorite defensive player A.J Hawk are going to murder the Bears and take QB Cutler down.

Monday night football can't come early enough im really hoping that school flies by on Monday so I can go home and turn my surrond sound on and listen to the Bears cry like little babies and get killed by the Packers. I am making a prediction that the Packers are going to beat the Bears 28 to 9 and Aaron Rodgers is going to throw 2 touchdowns. Hopefully I am right because if not I am going to have so many people in my face on Tuesday morning. Especially Mr. Polston because me and him have a bet going on for this game, Mr. P is like one of the biggest Chicago Bears fans ever and he thinks that the Bears are going to take first place in the NFC North and throw my team off. I don't think so I believe that the Packers are going to remain in first place for a long time and our team is so much stronger than the Bears both on offense and defense..

Sorry Mr. Polston you are going down and when I win i want a Kit-Kat and if you win which i don't think you have a chance but if the Bears shock me then you will have your Snickers Tuesday morning

GO GREEN BAY......PACKER FAN FOR LIFE!!!!!

ReFeReeS SuCk!

The Green Bay Packers played the Philedelphia Eagles for their first game and may I say that Aaron Rodgers looked pretty nifty  he threw for 188 yards and 2 touchdowns...the down fall he also threw 2 interceptions. But oh well the defense kept strong and held the Eagles to only 20 points and we took the win 27 to 20.

Even though that was the highlight of football for me, the big one was a call between the Lions and the Bears was the catch a catch or not? I believe it was and it should of been in my opinion but according to referee Gene Steratore said, "The ruling is that in order for the catch to be completed he has got to maintain possession of the ball throughout the entire process of the catch." I was appalled when I heard the call like really Johnson of the Lions had his feet down and a knee came down before the ball left his hands. Wow sometimes I think 5 year old little school girls could call a game better than the pros. So basically the Bears got handed a win and beat the Lions 19 to 14.

 Week one has gone down in books and week two is coming faster than ever and I hope this season starts off even better and referees can do alil better job at making fair calls. I hope my Packers get another win after win after win so I can look into the eyes of Bear fans and say whose in first place yeah thats right the Packers because lets face it we all know that the Bears are not going anywhere this season just like last season and the season before that. I think its a common saying in Chicago "there's always next year".

College FOOOOOOOTBALLL!!!!!

So college football started off this weekend and for me this weekend was a great weekend. My favorite college football team is the Alabama Crimson Tide. I know most people are like what the hello? You are from Illinois but my family is from Alabama and that's who I learned to love. Well anyways the Crimson Tide murdered San Jose State 48- 3, they were killing them so bad that coach Nick Saben put in the 3rd string quarterback and I have no idea what the guys name is because hes 3rd string. At halftime coach Saben had a 31 to 3 lead and was very pleased by the way his team was playing and i was pretty impressed myself because the team was playing great even without our star players backing us up. I guess that's why my team is number 1 in the nation and i bet you is going to stay there for awhile now... SO GO ROLL-TIDE baby!!!!!

I guess for you Illinois fans I will have pleasure in your pain and recap what happend in that game haha, wow. So the fighting Illini was doing pretty good in the first half and young quarterback Gabbert from Mizzu rallied his team at halftime to shut down Illinois and Illinois just gave in and pretty much gave up, because quarterback Scheelhaase from Illinois gave up 3 interceptions and no one could run the ball besides Mikel Leshoure. Sad to say for you Illini fans it is still not looking good for you. Oh well im glad I am not a Illini fan. But I could be wrong since it is only the beginning. 

Should Putt Putt be a professional sport?

    I strongly believe that putt-putt golfing should be a pro sport. I mean its very intense and crazy and people kill to get a hole in one especially when you get to pick an orange ball when you do. I went putt putting this weekend and got 3 hole in ones in a row. This was very exciting and I finally found something I kick A!@ at. I felt like Happy Gilmore when I put that ball in its home. I believe that there are other Happy Gilmore's around the world and the should come together and form a professional league called the PPG (ha ha yeah I said PP) that was for all you immature children out there. 
    The PPG would be ran like regular golf and have many tournaments, this tournaments would be located at the top picked putt putt places of the world. Plus the league would pay to build and design some pretty hard and difficult to beat. America could ultimately find the new Tiger Woods ( that does not cheat on his wife). Put Putting would bring a lot of people together and that could lead to the bringing together of the countries so there will no longer be fighting and war. Because it is a fun game unlike football and basketball where you yell at each other and beat the other team up.
    I strongly eager other putt putting lovers to get out there and spread the word and the love of the game to everyone else. Because we can make a difference. Therefore we will make smiles appear on lots and lots of peoples faces and maybe let others make some new friends and relationships. Scratch that because most relationships will get strong and then we will have a baby BOOM!!! Just between the putt putters and I do not want to be responsible for that occurring.
     

    Still Put Putting should be a professional sport people like for real we have some pretty lame sports out there its time to spice them up!!!! (plus you  wouldn't have to wear ugly plaid golf pants)

The sadden series

I can not believe that the St. Louis Cardinals lost to the Pittsburgh Pirates. It is such a diappointment. Right now a little league team from China could beat the Cardinals. They are hitting like my severn year old sister and pitching like my five year old cousin. So right now I am going to apologize for what I said about the Chicago Cubs and there fans. I accept but hate the fact the Cardinals are the second generation of the Cubs (sad face). Other news in sports Tiger Woods and wife Elin Nordegren finally call it quits, now he can go do whatever and whoever he wants and play the game of golf but golf is not the only things hes going to be playing. So WATCH OUT ladies he will be playing you next! He ruined his name by doing all of this, I thought Tiger was a nice man until I found out he was playin his poor wife like the game of golf. WOW what ashame because she was freakin HAWT!!! I see it this way it's his lost not hers. Enough with the bashing and back to seriousness the freakin NFL starts in about a month. I am really looking forward to see how the "old fart" Brett Farve is going to do. Me being a Packer fan I hope to see him throw 3 interceptions and get sacked 5 times in his first start. May the cheeseheads curse you Brett Farve!!! Also I am ready to gear up and see how many yards Reggie Bush and Adrain Peterson can pick up. Just so you know Adrain is my pick on fantasy football and everyone is going down when he gets the most yards in the first week of football, then after that he will GO ALL THE WAY!!!! So put your game jerzees on and turn your big screens on and yell at the T.V. like it will actually help your team score and watch some football. Kickoff is September 9th.

Wats up crazy sports world. How has everyone been. Well im glad you ask about me I am doing pretty bad that my St. Louis Cardinals are behind the Reds. Oh well im just happy I got smart and threw away the Cubs. It saddens me to see so many Cub fans in the world what is up with that don't people want to watch their team win once in awhile, I know I did and thats exactly why i left the Cub world when i was 2 and moved to the great team of the St. Louis Cardinals not only do they win but they are going to be apart of history with the Machine Albert Pujols he will be hitting his 400th carrer homerun soon and he will be one of the MLB players to get there the quickest. But I am not all about baseball I cant wait for football to start i want to see what Brett Farve has left to offer since he had to leave my favorite team the Green Bay Packers....god that still saddens me to this day :(
